Role: Branch Head – Direct

Location: Jaipur / Lucknow

Experience: 5–12 Years (Minimum 1.5–2 Years of Team Handling Experience)

Industry Preferred: Health Insurance / Life Insurance

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We're hiring Branch Head for our Direct Vertical — a high-impact role that drives growth, performance, and leadership within the insurance domain.

What you'll do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver sales targets and business goals.

Drive customer acquisition and revenue through the Direct Channel

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for process optimization and service excellence.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to company standards.

You'll fit right in if you have:

5–12 years of experience in the Health or Life Insurance industry.

Proven team-handling experience (minimum 1.5–2 years).

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

A passion for sales, growth, and building high-performing teams.
