We’re Hiring | Branch Operations & Compliance Executive – Jaipur (Mansarovar)Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to grow your career in branch operations and compliance management?Join Choice Group and play a key role in ensuring smooth branch operations and adherence to regulatory norms across our network.Location: Mansarovar, JaipurExperience: 1–2 yearsEducation: Graduate / Professional Degree (Commerce or Law preferred)Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance documentation (Rent Agreements, Shop & Establishment, GST, PT, etc.)- Coordinate with Branch Heads for renewals, regulatory filings, and administrative support- Manage documentation, audits, and compliance tracking across branches- Oversee branch openings/closures, asset transfers, and vendor coordination- Prepare MIS reports and highlight compliance trends for management reviewWhat We’re Looking For- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, administration, or branch operations (multi-location experience preferred)- Sound understanding of labor laws and regulatory processes- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel- A proactive and detail-driven mindset with the ability to multitask effectivelyInterested candidates can share their CVs at: |
