Designation: Manager Risk Management

Location: Delhi

  • Technical skills:

As a part of the Process improvement team, team member shall have good knowledge of:

Risk Management

  • Enterprises Risk Management (ERM): Developing Framework, identification of relevant risks, preparation of risk register, heat map, mitigation plan and follow-up thereof.
  • Internal financial controls (IFC) including RACM preparation, control testing, and remediation of failed controls.
  • Internal control validations and implementation of improvements

Compliance & Regulatory Understanding

  • Knowledge of local and central regulatory acts (e.g. Factory specific acts, Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) guidelines) and implementation of compliance requirements.

Internal Audit:

  • Development of Internal Audit (IA) plans, finalization of internal auditors, Engagement Letter closure.
  • Execution and facilitation of internal audits, including scope finalization, timely initiation, and completion before Audit Committee meetings.
  • Follow-up and closure of audit observations within defined timelines (ATR management).
  • Coordination with IA consultants, including support during fieldwork, monitoring quality of audit reviews and reports, timely escalations & challenge resolutions etc.
  • Conducting special audits and fraud/forensic investigations as required.

Business Process Review & Improvements

  • Review of end-to-end business process cycles including Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Production, Logistics, HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounts, Insurance, Repair & maintenance, Quality management, Selling expenses, Marketing Expenses, ERP Controls etc.
  • Identification of process gaps, risks, and improvement areas; driving implementation of corrective actions.
  • Process automation/digitalization initiatives and data-driven improvement suggestions.
  • Development, review, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Delegation of Authority (DOA), and guidance documents.

  • Project management skills
  • Strong data analytics capabilities for insights and decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP

  • Soft Skills

  • Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management

  • Writing Skills- Clarity of thoughts, articulation of observation/findings, good command over written language.

  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

  • Qualification:

  • CA/ CS or equivalent

  • Work Experience:

  • 4-5 year (Candidates with good Consulting background or equivalent experience in Pharmaceuticals sector would be preferred)
