Job Description — Risk Management Intern

Location: Delhi

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

Type: Internship (Full-time conversion opportunity based on performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Management Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in monitoring trading activities, ensuring compliance with internal risk norms, maintaining trade records, and supporting reconciliations and reporting. This role is ideal for freshers eager to learn about trading operations, portfolio risk, and compliance processes within the capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor team P&L to ensure compliance with defined risk and exposure limits.

2. Coordinate with brokers and partners to resolve trade or operational discrepancies promptly.

3. Record and maintain end-of-day (EOD) trade data for audit and backup purposes.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on trading and risk metrics.

5. Reconcile broker statements with internal records and report any mismatches.

6. Assist in ad-hoc risk analysis, compliance reviews, and other assigned tasks.

Who Should Apply:


• Fresh graduates or final-year students from Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related backgrounds.


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.


• Basic understanding of financial markets and Excel proficiency preferred.
