We're looking for a
full-time growth owner
who will take charge of our lead generation engine. This is a
mission-critical role
— your work will directly bring new learners into our ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Execute and scale all
lead generation activities
— Meta Ads, Google Ads, referral programs, partnerships, SEO. - Run new experiments
and test creative growth ideas. - Build and optimize funnels to capture and convert learner interest.
- Track results closely, share insights, and double down on what works.
- Work directly with the founder on shaping repeatable playbooks for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in
performance marketing / growth / demand generation
. - Hands-on with Meta or Google Ads and eager to expand into new channels.
- Analytical, experimental, and comfortable with execution ownership.
- A
builder + doer mindset
— excited to create and refine systems, not just follow them.
