We're Hiring: Growth Manager

Lane is reimagining how India learns to drive. We combine trusted instructors, structured lessons, and technology to create confident drivers and safer roads.

We're looking for a
full-time growth owner
who will take charge of our lead generation engine. This is a
mission-critical role
— your work will directly bring new learners into our ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and scale all
    lead generation activities
    — Meta Ads, Google Ads, referral programs, partnerships, SEO.
  • Run new experiments
    and test creative growth ideas.
  • Build and optimize funnels to capture and convert learner interest.
  • Track results closely, share insights, and double down on what works.
  • Work directly with the founder on shaping repeatable playbooks for growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in
    performance marketing / growth / demand generation
    .
  • Hands-on with Meta or Google Ads and eager to expand into new channels.
  • Analytical, experimental, and comfortable with execution ownership.
  • A
    builder + doer mindset
