Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management and Participation: Scope, secure, and participate in both domestic and international industry events. Manage logistics, materials, and presentations for expos and conferences, including speaking opportunities. Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy including website maintenance, social media campaigns, and content creation. Analyze and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Marketing Material Development: Design and prepare marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and event displays. Ensure all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate GAS LAB Asias value propositions to diverse audiences. Agency and Freelancer Management: Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Ensure all external partners align with GAS LAB Asias brand guidelines and campaign goals. Brand Building: Work closely with the Sales, HR, and Management teams to develop a cohesive brand message that attracts future clients and employees. Implement and monitor branding strategies to ensure consistency across all channels. Advertising and Promotions: Draft and manage the placement of adverts in industry magazines and other media. Keep company literature up-to-date and ensure it effectively communicates the company's offerings and values. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs for marketing activities and regularly report on progress to the senior management team. Use data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing within the EPC industry or similar sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and event management. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
