Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for VMC Operators located in Nelamangala. The VMC Operators will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centers, ensuring production efficiency and adherence to quality standards, conducting routine maintenance checks, and troubleshooting machine issues. They will also be tasked with interpreting engineering drawings, setting up tools and fixtures, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and working with CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of tool and workpiece setup procedures, including selection and alignment
- Proficiency in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines
- Understanding of quality control measures and ability to check dimensions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Prior experience in precision machining or manufacturing industries is desirable
- Relevant technical education or certifications in machining or CNC operations are preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
