Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-precision aerospace components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files accurately.
  • Set up machines, select tools, and adjust parameters for optimal production.
  • Monitor machining processes, ensuring tolerances and surface finish meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
  • Maintain production records and report any discrepancies or defects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and aerospace industry regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, programming, and setup.
  • Familiarity with aerospace-grade materials (aluminum, titanium, composites).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,607.85 per month
