Location: Civil Lines, Yavatmal, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff
- Control finished goods and raw material inventory
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic accounting
- Oversee product dispatch and delivery
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards
- Monitor sales, wastage, and profitability
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in bakery, sweet shop, café, or FMCG outlet management

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge, especially billing and stock entry

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
