Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Jio Point Lead to oversee and drive channel expansion, manage performance of retail outlets, and ensure best-in-class customer experience within the assigned catchment territory. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of distribution, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive channel expansion across the catchment territory.
- Monitor and improve retail outlet performance.
- Achieve acquisition and revenue targets (inbound & outbound).
- Operationalize and manage all Jio Points within the assigned Jio Centre.
- Own and drive performance of preferred outlets in the territory.
- Ensure world-class customer experience at all Jio Points.
- Maintain hygiene, governance, and compliance standards.
- Monitor and manage team productivity and performance.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members and channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4 – 6 years of experience in sales/distribution/channel operations, preferably in telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive channel performance
- Should be mobile and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹525,000.00 per year
