Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Sales: Infra to support our Sales and Marketing team in the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, coupled with commercial awareness to support sales transactions, client account management, and coordination between the finance and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate between sales, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
- Support sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and client statements.
- Track receivables and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely billing and collection as per payment terms.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and account summaries.
- Work with field sales executives to resolve client issues related to pricing, discounts, and credit notes.
- Provide administrative support in marketing activities (email campaigns, lead tracking, etc.).
- Handle documentation related to credit/debit notes, delivery challans, and GST invoices.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts or Sales Coordination, preferably in Building Materials, Construction, or related industries.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email (Outlook or similar).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Preferred:
- Female candidates only (as part of our diversity hiring initiative).
- Prior experience in building materials, construction, or hardware sectors is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sales & tax documentation such as GST billing, E-way bills, etc.
