Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the overall efficiency of the store. Responsibilities include managing staff, training new employees, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills, Gujarati language is mandatory
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Ability to Train and manage staff effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in retail or jewelry industry is a plus
