Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain hydroponic farm equipment, including pumps, HVAC, nutrient dosing systems, and irrigation networks.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted farm operations.
  • Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and automation issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
  • Support expansion projects by designing efficient mechanical layouts for hydroponic facilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience (preferably in agriculture automation, greenhouse, hydroponics, or food processing industry).
  • Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, HVAC, and water distribution systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of mechanical design and project execution.

Position: Civil Engineer (Hydroponic Farms)

Location: Purandar, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction of hydroponic farm infrastructure (greenhouses, polyhouses, drainage, reservoirs, foundations).
  • Ensure structural stability and durability of farm facilities.
  • Conduct site assessments and recommend design improvements.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and agricultural teams for integrated system designs.
  • Monitor construction activities, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain documentation and reports on civil works for farm operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction (preferably in greenhouse, controlled environment agriculture, or industrial projects).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Strong project management and site supervision skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and water-efficient construction practices.
