Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Support offline marketing initiatives (events, exhibitions, promotional materials).
  • Generate and manage qualified leads from multiple marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with sales team to track campaign performance and lead conversions.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals – brochures, flyers, presentations, and WhatsApp creatives.
  • Manage company's social media presence and engage with prospects.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to content creation (blogs, social posts, newsletters).
  • Maintain and update marketing trackers, reports, and CRM data.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of prior experience in marketing (digital + offline).
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools, Canva, MS Office, Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Interest in renewable energy / solar sector will be preferred.
