Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making and long-term business growth. This includes developing robust financial frameworks, generating actionable insights through data analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial models and business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop bottom up Annual business Plans
  • Build and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting and future looking P&Ls
  • Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business decision making
  • Analyse Financial statements and key performance metrics to drive insights
  • Partner with business and finance teams to understand modelling requirements to deliver actionable outputs

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum- 5-6 years of relevant experience in financial modelling and Business planning

Experience in BP&A in Bank or NBFC
