Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to support our Corporate IT function. This role will be responsible for managing invoice processes, purchase order utilization, financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manageGoods Receiptsfor invoices to ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain Purchase Order (PO) utilization, ensuring alignment with budget and procurement policies.
  • Keep theInvoice Trackerup to date and coordinate with theAccounts Payable (AP) teamfor timely invoice posting and issue resolution.
  • Providefinancial insights and analysisto assess current performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
  • Conductad-hoc financial analysisas requested by senior management.
  • Support theFP&A teamin drivingcontinuous process improvementinitiatives.
  • Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsfor internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units to enabledata-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in thepreparation of annual budgetsandperiodic forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of invoice processing, PO management, and AP coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
