Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components and connectors according to work instructions.
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
  • Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to shop floor discipline.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and senior technicians to achieve daily production targets.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completion of 12th grade, ITI, or Diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including the evening shift.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures.
  • Experience with various hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
