We are seeking a
warm, professional, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist
who will be the
first point of contact
for parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience that reflects the values of BodhiTree Little Maestros.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain visitor logs, security records, and ensure adherence to school safety protocols.
  • Coordinate appointments, campus tours, and meetings for prospective and current parents.
  • Share daily announcements, notices, and information with parents as needed.
  • Support admissions team with documentation, registration, and application processing.
  • Maintain records of attendance, entry, and exit of students where required.
  • Assist in organizing school events, recitals, and parent orientation sessions.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and aligned with the school's premium image.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service executive — preferably in a school, hospitality, or premium service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Hindi
    (Marathi is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Warm, approachable personality with a
    child-friendly demeanor
    .
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle parents with empathy and professionalism.
