  • Inspection and Testing:
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
  • Use various tools and equipment to measure and test product specifications and performance.
  • Record and analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update quality control procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to prevent defects and ensure consistency.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify quality issues and investigate their root causes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of non-conformances and corrective actions taken.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance incidents.
  • Maintain and organize quality control records and documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving quality control processes.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality within the team.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during inspections and testing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • PG MSC Food Science & Technology , or a related field (preferred)
