We are hiring a Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS products. The role involves testing applications, identifying bugs and errors, and working with the development team to deliver a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Execute manual and basic automated test cases, document results.
  • Identify, report, and track software bugs using issue tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.
  • Ensure software meets quality standards before release.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of manual testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle).
  • Experience in test case design and execution.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
  • Experience in testing SaaS products (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium (added advantage).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Software testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 1 year (mandatory)

Preference: Female candidates preferred

Pay: ₹10, ₹39,948.06 per month
