Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Control (QC) Controller to join our team at our Pantheerankavu facility in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in quality control or product inspection, preferably in the electronics or e-commerce industry. This role involves ensuring product quality, adherence to standards, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and functional inspections of electronic components and finished products.
- Ensure all products meet defined technical specifications, company quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the production and dispatch process.
- Monitor, identify, and report defects or deviations in products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records and reports.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures during handling.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and rectify quality-related issues.
- Assist in periodic audits and quality reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and inspection tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Familiarity with ESD safety protocols and quality standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a quality control environment within the electronics, manufacturing, or e-commerce sector.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, documentation, etc.)
