Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented PR Executive to manage public relations and communication efforts for our brand. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a positive image of the company through media relations, content creation, event coordination, and digital PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective PR campaigns aligned with the company's marketing goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.

Draft press releases, media kits, and PR content for online and offline channels.

Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and interviews.

Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitors' activities.

Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson if needed.

Collaborate with internal teams (social media, content, design) to ensure brand consistency.

Track PR campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Manage crises or negative publicity with a strategic approach.

Support brand awareness and reputation management initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

Proficiency in PR tools and media monitoring platforms.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with PR agencies or in-house teams.

Familiarity with digital PR, influencer collaborations, and social listening tools.

Event planning and coordination experience.
