We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Greater Noida The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations with the ability to navigate diverse client interactions seamlessly This role requires a polished communicator who can adapt their approach to suit various clientele while maintaining the integrity of our brand Key Responsibilities Create and execute effective public relations strategies to enhance the company s image and reputation Build and maintain relationships with media representatives industry influencers and key stakeholders to secure coverage and promote brand initiatives Develop engaging content for press releases articles social media platforms blogs and newsletters to promote brand awareness and engage with the audience Organize and coordinate promotional events press conferences and media briefings to enhance visibility and foster relationships with stakeholders Collaborate with various departments including marketing sales and product development to align PR strategies with overall business goals Conduct research to identify trends audience preferences and competitive landscape to inform PR strategies and campaigns Provide media training and support to company spokespeople to ensure effective communication during interviews and public appearances Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives through metrics and reporting making recommendations for improvement Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential public relations issues proactively Build and maintain a network of industry contacts including journalists bloggers and influencers to enhance media outreach efforts Act as a brand ambassador promoting the company s values and mission in all communications and interactions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with diverse clientele Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences and situations Proficient in using PR tools and platforms for media monitoring and outreach Additional Information This role may involve navigating the nuances of client interactions that can sometimes blur traditional boundaries The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in adapting to various client needs while upholding our brand standards Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 40 657 27 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Public relations 1 year Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
