**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk
- Handle inquiries related to admissions and provide counselling as needed
- Manage and maintain records of admissions and walk-in enquiries
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with parents regarding student concerns or updates
- Maintain a presentable and welcoming front office environment
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
