We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Public Relations Intern to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling, events, and public relations to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. The successful candidate will assist our communications team in promoting events, maintaining strong media relationships, and creating engaging content across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Post timely event updates, teasers, and recaps across our social media channels.
  2. Assist in media outreach by connecting with journalists, media houses, and publication partners.
  3. Help coordinate with vendors, speakers, and event partners to ensure smooth communication.
  4. Draft and publish event-related blogs and announcements on the company website.
  5. Support the PR team with press releases, media kits, and coverage tracking.
  6. Maintain and update our media contact list and event calendars.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest in public relations, events, or media communications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Basic knowledge of blogging platforms like WordPress (preferred, not mandatory).
