Primary Title: Technical Project Manager (.NET)

Location: Bangalore. Work from office

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET projects: define scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria; drive timely releases and post-release support.
  • Translate product and business requirements into technical plans; coordinate architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure aligned execution.
  • Manage Agile delivery: run Scrum ceremonies, maintain sprint/backlog health, and enforce engineering best practices to maximize velocity and quality.
  • Oversee release management and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins): validate build/release readiness, deployment runbooks, and rollback plans.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks; escalate blockers and present regular status, dependencies, and ROI metrics to stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor onshore teams, promote code quality, automated testing, observability, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 5+ years managing software delivery with strong hands-on exposure to .NET/.NET Core and C# based projects.
  • Proven track record leading Agile teams, using Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint planning, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of web APIs (ASP.NET), relational databases (SQL Server), and cloud deployment patterns (Azure preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience driving cross-functional, on-site teams in India.

Preferred

  • Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS / Kubernetes) and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM/Scrum Master, or practical experience with enterprise SaaS implementations and release governance.
