About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Project Manager to join our team in the ITES sector. In this role, youll take ownership of designing, delivering, and managing high-value projects that directly impact business outcomes and customer experiences. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply your project management expertise, and solve real-world challenges in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer project delivery, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality goals are achieved.
  • Oversee project financials including P&L management, cost control, and reliable financial forecasting.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing projects; act as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company with professionalism and trust.
  • Lead and mentor a project team of up to 20 members, providing feedback, performance input, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive timely and successful execution of projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 69 years of experience in project management within IT/ITES or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field (PMP certification preferred or on certification path).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, financial tracking, and risk handling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
