About the Role

Were looking for Freshers and Experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service across industries such as Insurance, Retail, E-commerce, and Logistics.

Youll be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice or non-voice channels, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)

  • Experience:

  • Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome

  • Candidates with 6+ months of BPO experience will be offered higher pay packages

  • Skills:

  • Strong command over English (spoken and written) mandatory

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (US/UK process)

Salary & Benefits

Compensation:

  • Freshers: 2.5 – 4 LPA (In-hand 18K – 27K)
  • Experienced: 4.5 – 6.5 LPA (In-hand up to 49K)
