Job Description Customer Service (International Voice & Blended Process)

Location: Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Aundh Process Type: Retail, Telecom, Insurance, SalesJob Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers.
  • Resolve queries effectively via calls, chat, or emails.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams as per process guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet process KPIs CSAT, AHT, FCR, Quality scores, etc.

Requirements

  • Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • 612 months of international voice / blended process experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving & customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts & rotational offs.
