Job Description Customer Service (International Voice & Blended Process)
Location: Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Aundh Process Type: Retail, Telecom, Insurance, SalesJob Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve queries effectively via calls, chat, or emails.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams as per process guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet process KPIs CSAT, AHT, FCR, Quality scores, etc.
Requirements
- Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- 612 months of international voice / blended process experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving & customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts & rotational offs.
