About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic HR Intern to assist with employee engagement initiatives and general HR support. This role offers hands-on exposure to creating a positive and connected workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in collecting feedback and tracking participation
  • Support internal communication and HR initiatives
  • Help with onboarding, documentation, and coordination tasks
  • Maintain HR data and assist with reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR / Business / Psychology
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6, ₹7,000.00 per month
