Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in
Tech HR
—specifically in structured recruiting, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining the internal discipline and documentation required in a high-precision tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tech Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates for engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and support roles.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Support initial HR screening processes for junior/entry-level roles.
Ensure zero-delay communication with candidates and internal teams.
2. Onboarding & Compliance
Prepare offer letters, NDAs, onboarding documents, and internal forms.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for workstation and access setup.
Ensure complete documentation and maintain accurate digital employee files.
Track probation timelines and follow-up on confirmations.
3. HR Operations
Maintain HR dashboards (attendance, leave, hiring status, exits).
Support audits, policy updates, and documentation standardization.
Update internal HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in drafting and improving internal workflows.
4. Culture & Engagement
Plan structured engagement activities aligned with Nixace's culture of discipline and professionalism.
Assist in internal communications, monthly HR bulletins, and feedback cycles.
Track employee pulse through surveys and interaction logs.
5. Learning & Development Coordination
Schedule internal training sessions for tech and non-tech teams.
Maintain L&D records and help evaluate training effectiveness.
Work with senior HR to develop competency-based training paths.
Skill Requirements
Must Have:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Clear communication and strong written English.
High accuracy with documentation and data handling.
Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
Good to Have
Understanding of tech hiring cycles and basic technical role awareness (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps).
Experience with ATS tools or HRMS software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with consistent follow-up.
