Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Real estate Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional duties include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. The Senior Sales Executive will also provide support in preparing detailed sales presentations and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and client management skills
  • Experience in lead generation and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and report preparation skills
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
