Digital Customer Relation Executive

The Digital CRE is responsible for converting online leads into showroom visits and bookings. This role is 100% about speed, follow-up discipline, and conversions.
If you can't call, follow up , and handle rejection without ego—this role will eat you alive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle digital enquiries from:
- Website
- Google Ads
- Social Media
- CRM Portal
- Call new leads
- Qualify leads and fix showroom appointments
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for visit & test drive
- Do daily follow-ups via call & WhatsApp
- Update all lead activity in CRM accurately
- Track lead status: Hot / Warm / Cold / Lost
- Ensure maximum lead-to-walk-in conversion
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in Digital CRE / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Automobile dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with targets & pressure
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
