Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Support Analyst. Responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting system and application issues. The Support Analyst will assist customers and end users by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently. Additionally, the role requires data analysis, generating reports, and offering actionable insights to improve operational processes.

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve software and hardware issues
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent user experience and satisfaction

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
