About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, basic knowledge of data tools, and the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create dashboards, charts, and reports for business teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/weekly performance metrics.
  • Support data validation, quality checks, and documentation.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams on data-driven tasks.
  • Present simple insights and findings to the team.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
  • Basic understanding of SQL (select, join, filter).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Understanding of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
  • Any academic project or internship related to data.
