We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR functions during the US shift from our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will assist with HR operations, employee coordination, data management, and support various internal HR processes to ensure seamless HR service delivery for employees working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR data, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities specifically for employees working in the US shift.
  • Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and address employee queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and track key metrics.
  • Provide support for payroll data inputs and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift (night shift).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks.
