Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for the company's digital marketing services. The role requires strong lead generation, client relationship-building, and sales skills, with a focus on promoting services like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Meta/Google Ads, Web Development, and Branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services in domestic and international markets.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Web Design, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Paid Ads, Web Development).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
