Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Android Developer
to design and build advanced applications for OTT, Android TV, or live streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kotlin, Android architecture components, and modern app development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain large-scale Android applications.
  • Implement MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Handle debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory:
    Experience in OTT, Android TV, or Live Streaming platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Kotlin
    ,
    Android SDK
    , and
    OOP concepts
    .
  • In-depth understanding of
    MVVM
    ,
    Clean Architecture
    , and
    Jetpack libraries
    .
  • Proficient in
    Coroutines
    ,
    Dependency Injection (Dagger2/Hilt)
    , and
    Unit Testing
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Android UI design principles
    ,
    memory/thread management
    , and
    networking
    .
  • Experience with
    Jetpack Compose
    (added advantage).
  • Familiarity with
    TIF layer
    is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of
    Git

    Jira
    , and agile development processes.
