Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site Android Developer position located in Bengaluru. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications for Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, debug and resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal application performance and user experience. You will also be involved in maintaining and enhancing existing applications.
You'll work directly with a client on their project.
This is a 2 months contract job, with full-time (40 hours a week) working with the client directly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Android Development, including Android Design principles and patterns
- Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and working with Mobile Applications
- Experience in Software Development and delivering high-quality code
- Knowledge of common Android libraries and frameworks (e.g., Android SDK, Jetpack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, or other relevant programming languages is a plus
- Experience with XML layouts and view based UI system.
