Role & responsibilities Key responsibilities

  • Staff management: Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Guest services: Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process, address guest inquiries and complaints, and manage special requests.
  • Operational oversight: Manage daily front desk operations, ensure compliance with hotel policies, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Department coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and the front desk area is maintained.
  • Financial and administrative tasks: Oversee billing, manage cash and credit procedures, monitor stock, handle supplies, and prepare reports.
