Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, induction materials, and coordinating with new hires.
  • Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and support event coordination.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Prepare and draft HR letters, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR tools/software is a plus.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.
