Position: HR Intern

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Duration: 2–6 Months (with possibility of extension/PPO based on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Noida. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and HR records in Excel/HRMS.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and maintaining employee files.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
  • Provide support in payroll coordination and attendance management (if required).
  • Handle basic HR queries and coordinate with team members.

Requirements

  • Any graduate (pursuing or recent graduate).
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
