Equity Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our research team.
- Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of companies, including financial statement analysis, peer benchmarking, and industry evaluation.
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, relative valuation, scenario analysis).
- Monitor sector trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes impacting coverage companies.
- Prepare research reports, earnings previews, review notes, and investment recommendations.
- Attend and summarize earnings calls, management meetings, and investor briefings.
- Track quarterly results, news flow, and key catalysts for covered stocks.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leader.
- Monitor new equity listings, IPOs, SME IPOs, and upcoming DRHPs, analyse company fundamentals and market demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- CA/CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimun 3–4 years of relevant experience in Equity Research (Sell-side).
- Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for producing high-quality research notes.
- NISM series XV - (Research Analyst) Cerficate required.
