- Conducts independent research for the sector/s, group of securities he is responsible for with forensic mindset.
- Analyzes economic and industry forecasts, investment approaches and risk scenarios to assist fund managers.
- Generates alpha idea through recommendations
- Limits drawdown by recommending SELL.
- Builds strong conviction to recommendations through evidence.
- Keeps valuation models updated after every management call and event.
- Uses technology platform to build strong tech driven investment decision making.
- Stay away from news and crowd and make own sound judgement.
- Not only generates ideas which are long only but also has a mindset to generate ideas for short.
- Alpha generated in Model Portfolio
- Hit ratio of recommendations
- Communication (Internal as well as External)
- Contribution in Technology initiative of the firm
- Strong on investing principles and investment frameworks
- Strong fundamental understanding of sectors
- Strong on bottoms up stock picking
- Communicates investment views in a simple and honest manner
