Hiring for Tele Callers, Bangalore BSK 3rd stage

Job Description:

Ø Coordinating with Business Partners and retaining the business in motor vertical in assigned state.

Ø Regular follow up with Business Partners / Agents for renewal and business Retention.

Ø Increasing the Business partner count from the shared data bank.

Ø Should have worked in motor insurance Renewal process, Quote preparation, Policy issuance. (Private Cars, Two Wheelers, GCV, LCV, SCV, MCV, HCV, etc.,)

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Handle Business Partners inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate clients on Motor policies and benefits.

Ø Client Relationship Management: This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Ø Understanding client needs: Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.

Technical Skills:

Ø Working knowledge in Ms Excel and Ms Word

Ø English, Kannada, Hindi
