The Role:

This is an
in-office role in Gurgaon
where you'll work closely with our
Head of Marketing
to bring the Qurist brand alive every single day.

You'll be the person turning ideas into campaigns, briefs into content, and strategies into execution.

High ownership, high speed, high creativity.

What you'll do:

  • Drive performance marketing and ads.
  • Brand partnerships, creative campaigns and experiential marketing.
  • Create scroll-stopping content
    — reels, ads, UGC, product videos, campaigns.
  • Keep a steady flow of fresh, on-brand content.
  • Build Qurist's presence across platforms through sharp storytelling & consistent branding.
  • Support product launches with the right assets, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on positioning, messaging, and brand voice.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, competitors, culture; and translate that into great ideas.

Who we're looking for:

  • 2–5 years in D2C, FMCG, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands.
  • Strong creative brain; you understand aesthetics, storytelling, and what performs online.
  • Obsessed with clean, high-quality content.
  • Solid at execution — you get things done, fast and well.
  • Comfortable working with brands, influencers, agencies, editors.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
