Role Summary
To provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional Sales Team, ensure smooth functioning of the Orissa regional office, and facilitate communication between the sales team, head office, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination & MIS
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in daily sales operations and reporting.
- Coordinate with distributors, sales executives, and head office for orders, dispatches, and payments.
- Maintain and update sales trackers, order logs, and performance reports.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, MIS reports, and market data analysis.
- Follow up with the sales team for daily sales reports and targets.
- Handle dealer/distributor queries and ensure timely resolution.
2. Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Orissa regional office.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Ensure timely submission of office bills, vendor payments, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital & physical).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords for office-related needs.
3. Communication & Support
- Act as a single point of contact between the regional office and head office for admin & sales matters.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Support in organizing regional events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 24 years of experience in sales coordination and/or office administration (FMCG or ice cream industry preferred).
- Knowledge of local language (Odia) will be an added advantage.
