Location: Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and communication with clients and vendors
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Coordinate with different departments and support team activities
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Manage social media updates and basic content posting
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Requirements:Strong communication skills
- Languages Preferred: Hindi, English, Kannada
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Educational Qualification:Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
- Additional certifications in computer or office management will be a plus
