Develop, maintain, and publish periodic HR dashboards and MIS reports on Operation Metrics. Consolidate and validate data from multiple Excel-based sources across HR desks. Automate manual reports using Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros to improve efficiency. Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis and trend reporting. Partner with HR Systems and IT teams on the ServiceNow reporting transition and future BI dashboard development. Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance with information security and privacy guidelines. Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA/macros). Familiarity with Power BI or visualization tools; ServiceNow HRSD exposure preferred. Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery metrics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high attention to detail. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, HR, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics within HR Shared Services or similar operational functions. Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports.
