At Clinikally, we are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to focus on recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates. This role involves analyzing cart abandonment data, implementing strategies to re-engage potential customers, and driving sales through targeted outreach.
Responsibilities:
Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase.
Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly.
Achieve or surpass sales targets.
Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
Skill and Responsibilities :
- 1-2 yrs of experience in similar field.
- Basic understanding of skincare, wellness, or healthcare products (bonus if you've worked in healthtech, pharma, or beauty).
- Proficiency in using MS Excel.
